Hey Backers!
We’re back with our monthly update. 2021 really flew by – this post will share our latest update on Enophone and Enowork, as we’ll look back on the year’s progress before heading into the new year.
Enophones have shipped to Kickstarter backers with order number below 3750. In the next couple weeks, we will to order number is 3900 and below, so keep your eyes peeled!
Very important: be on the lookout for an email from your local customs office asking you to pay any import taxes. Failure to respond promptly may result in several months of delays, so please keep an eye on your junk mail folder!
V0.5.1 was released earlier this month, introducing a new session page, updated status indicator, and more. V0.6 will be coming out early in the new year, and will include some awesome data visualization tools.

A bug in MacOS Monterey is inhibiting the Enophones, so please don’t update yet!
We’re shipping our next wave of Enophones next week, with more coming on a rolling basis. Keep an eye on your emails for your tracking numbers!

We’re going live with Enowork v0.5 this week! The updated version has tons of great features that brings Enophone closer to our vision of a Fitbit for your brain. Download it at enophone.com/getstarted, and read the full update for full details.

The Enophones in Batch 4 are out the door, and most have received them. With that, we’re onto the next step: working on Batch 5, and making sure the Enowork software delivers on the product vision.

Enophone batch 4 has shipped to every kickstarter backer with order number below 3600. Keep an eye out for emails from the shipping company about customs requirements!
Batch 5 is still set to deliver in December. Please ensure you update your shipping address to ensure the product is delivered to the right place!
Enowork v0.4.4 released this month – you can download it at Enophone.com/getstarted. If you’re having any issues with the app – especially with the red status indicator – please email our technical team at [email protected].
Finally, we’re beginning to run experiments to help design new features for the product. If you’re interested in participating in this, please email [email protected] with subject line “experiments” to get added to the community!

Hey Backers!
The team’s been working really hard to get more units out, and update every facet of the Enophone experience. It’s been a while since we’ve shared an update – we wanted to ensure we had a concrete timeline we could trust before setting expectations.
We’re excited to show you our latest progress over the past months, and announce what’s to come. You can view the whole update on Eno's blog. Enjoy!
We are shipping Batch 4 of Enophones to every Kickstarter backer with order # below 3,600 starting the week of August 30th. Due to component shortages, Batch 5 will be shipping all remaining pre-orders by December 2021.
v0.4.3 of Enowork will be out in the coming days with improved stability. Meanwhile, the software team is preparing release v0.5.0, which will include major robustness improvements, a new session page and focus level, automatic tracking, and a new onboarding. Look for this release in a few weeks, alongside Batch 4.

Hey Backers!
Many of you have started receiving your headphones from Batch 3 – we couldn’t be happier to hear your excitement! The hardware team is continuing to work on shipping more units every week. We’ll share more details on timelines for Batch 4 in our next update.
For now, this is an interim post to answer some questions we’ve been getting, and add a bit of context to those who have received their Enophones.
We released the new Enowork app V0.4 yesterday! You can download it on our website at Enophone.com/getstarted.
We've also added a new technical support contact. For technical questions with Enophone or the Enowork app, please email [email protected] to speak directly to our technical team. For anything else, including order tracking, please use [email protected].
We've received comments about our iOS app because of a notification iPhones show when pairing an Enophone. Please disregard this message - Eno does not currently have an iOS app, only desktop apps.
Finally, we've received comments about issues with the status indicator. If you've had this issue, please read the full update for details.
We hope you’re enjoying your Enophones, and the Enowork app. We’re excited that so many of you are now able to share in this. The team is working hard to ship the remaining Enophones, and to keep adding new features to improve the Enowork app.
