Hey Backers!

Just a quick touchbase, as we prepare to ship your units. Please check out the full update on our blog.
For those who've filled out the backer kit survey, we've locked in the orders and charged the credit cards. No other action is required on your side, and you'll no longer be able to update your address. You'll be receiving shipping labels when the products leave our logistics provider.
We'll be shipping our next batch from our factory Monday October 26, and you should receive them a couple weeks later. The next batch of 2500 units will be produced ~6 weeks after, once we've been able to analyze the results from the latest production cycle.

The following concerns only backers who purchased the product via Indiegogo. We've received several questions about the shipping fees, and wanted to clarify:

Back in 2017, we realized very shortly after the campaign went live that we had not been charging the shipping cost on the units during the campaign. Somehow between creating the page, setting up the pledge packages, and launching the campaign, the shipping prices were never entered. This was an oversight on our part, and we sincerely apologize for it – we corrected it as soon as we learned, and for many backers this never became an issue.

Unfortunately, for the first backers on Indiegogo, we still need to collect the shipping fees for the units.

I understand the feeling - there's nothing more frustrating than hidden fees when purchasing online. The unfortunate reality is that this shipping fee is a necessary evil. We always intended to charge for shipping, and budgeted our campaign accordingly. Case in point: Kickstarter backers and pre-orders through thinkmindset.com at the time paid the same shipping rate. This was intended to cover the packaging, logistics, and distribution of each of the units to your homes across the world - without it, we simply aren't able to fulfil the orders.

Having not budgeted for this reality, we don't have an alternative to charging the difference after-the-fact. We sent an update about this in 2017, where we stated that we would charge the fee when we were ready to ship the units through backerkit. For those that have filled out the backerkit survey, you may have noticed the charge and been prompted to enter a credit card. If you filled out the survey and card information, you'll notice that we charged the cards earlier this week.

We apologize once again - being our first Indiegogo campaign, small mistakes were bound to happen. We look forward to shipping your units, and hope that the product and lifetime subscriprions to Enosound will live up to your expectations.

Please check out the full update on our blog if you have any questions about your backerkit accounts, or the latest batch. We also included some great pictures of the final assembly!
We can't wait until you get your units. As always, lots of love,
- The Eno Team

Hey Backers!

We have been very busy in the last couple of weeks running beta test and preparing for the next shipping batch. Our beta testing with backers has been fruitful, and we have been able to improve the reliability of the product along all fronts. We’re excited to be shipping our next batch of 500 units very shortly, and can’t wait to get your reactions!
No video this time, since we have lots of important details to share about updating your addresses. We also have lots of great images of the next batch – enjoy!
You can access the full update on our blog.
We have released a new backerkit survey, in order to confirm everyone’s final shipping addresses. Please follow the link in your emails to confirm your addresses, as well as any additional orders and credit card information if necessary. To be clear: we will not send your device until you review and confirm your address through backerkit.

The next batch of 500 units is well underway, and will be shipping in roughly 10 additional days once the Mid-Autumn Festival ends in China. We can’t wait to get you your units! Check out the full post to see some amazing pictures of the assembly underway.
We got some great feedback from our beta testers, and have incorporated the comments into improvements on both the hardware and software. Thank you to all our beta testers – your help has been invaluable!
Very important - we've sent out a new backerkit survey, in order to confirm everyone's addresses before shipping. We absolutely need you to update your address before we send out your device.
Please check out the full update on our blog for more details about updating your address for shipping.
That's all folks! You can check out the full update on our blog.
